One of the Southwestern speciality warblers, the beautfiul Red-faced Warbler often forages in the midlevel of the canopy. However, in the spring he can be seen down low while singing to protect his territory. Here I saw him near Emory Pass in the Gila wilderness and think he is one of the prettiest North American warblers and even saw him singing (Click).
